新浪科技讯 北京时间5月25日上午消息，奇虎360 CFO徐祚立在一封电子邮件中对分析师表示，在任命姚珏(微博)为联席CFO后，奇虎360已成为卖空投资者的目标。

奇虎3605月23日任命姚珏为联席CFO。徐祚立和姚珏在公司内部的职责分工仍然不变。该公司称，此举为进一步强化公司在财务报表、内部控制、战略投资、及投资者关系等领域的工作。
