牵动人心的马航MH370失联已数日，中国政府派出了前所未有的搜救队伍，而这还不够。腾讯科技从国内三大运营商获悉，中国移动(微博)、中国电信(微博)、中国联通(微博)均已启动相关马航MH370的搜救工作。

联通开通卫星电路救援。13日，北京联通为马航失联客机海警搜救紧急开通卫星电路。据腾讯科技了解到，北京联通传输中心和卫星局密切配合，为马航MH370失联客机搜救业务紧急开通了一条2M电路，用于传送失联客机搜救信息。至此，北京联通利用VSAT平台为南海救101船顺利开通互联网、电话、传真业务，从而为搜寻救援工作贡献了联通人的一份力量。

从3月9日以来，北京联通机动局派遣C频段卫星通信车及技术人员赶赴国家海洋局海警指挥中心，对中国海警3411船进入马航客机疑似失联海域展开搜救情况开展实时卫星传输，并为央视传输了中国海警局专家小组指挥工作、海警船约200平方公里搜救情况、疑似失联海域中心点海域、天气等现场回传的搜救信号。

此外，中国电信与中国移动也已开始了相关工作。据腾讯科技了解，马方相关机构向中国电信提出了手机信号的检测需求，而中国移动也已开始准备，但对于外媒所报道的中移高管说法目前并未得到官方确认。

MH370航班已失联超过120小时，这间有关飞机消失前的情况及残骸的消息不断传来，但又都未获确认。

而对于飞机上乘客电话事后仍能打通等异常情况，据相关领域专家对腾讯科技表示，手机使用的无线电频率应该是属于高频短波波段，短波在开阔的地域具有良好的传播性，因此即使飞机在云层上也一样会收到塔台的指挥信号，所以手机也应当可以有信号。但是由于机身的屏蔽作用可能信号不会太好。另外短波在遇到电离层后会反射回地面因此会传播到很远的地方。
